A modern Barbara Barry Shakti Weave rug in blue. Barbara Barry's refreshing and modern Waltz Slate rug is hand knotted in Himalayan wool with a tease of silk. This whimsical rug was woven in Nepal using our Shaki weave. As if Barbara Barry made a carpet of her inspired scribbles, the Waltz rug inspires you to follow a stream and get lost in your thoughts. This rug is blue with a slight grey undertone and has subtle variations in the color created by the dye process of the wool. The accent color is silky honey and extends to the edge of the rug, dancing through the beige border.

Our extremely handmade rugs are made with as much care as possible. When choosing a rug, please be aware that slight pattern changes may happen, but the rug will still look beautiful! In other words, a 3x5 may be slightly different than a 12x16.
Our extremely handmade rugs may be of a slightly different size (up to 3 inches). This is due to the beautiful hand-knotted and hand-tufted nature of our rugs.
Vacuum regularly. Loose threads should be trimmed with a scissor (do not pull!). Rug protectors are recommended. If your new rug is exposed to the sun, it is a good idea to rotate regularly to prevent uneven wear. Blot spills with a clean towel (white is best). Cleaning the entire rug should be handled by a professional rug cleaning service.
